General information
Arrival and departure:
The apartments are available at the latest from 15:00 on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure, we ask the apartment to be vacated by 10:00 at the latest.
Cancellation:
A cancellation is only possible in writing. Up to 2 months before arrival there are no cancellation fees. Up to 1 month for arrival we charge 40% of the booked stay. For cancellations in the last week before arrival or early departure we charge 90% of the booked stay. The conditions of the Austrian hotel regulations apply.
